I'm Nathan and I nearly became a chef, but I didn't like the hours. Now I'm just a very keen cook, always keen to try new things and enjoy old favourites. I have a worrying obsession with kitchen gadgets. I've eaten my way around several bits of the world and particularly love the food of South East Asia.
